Skyward Family Access Update
Our district is currently working on a major information system upgrade: transitioning from Skyward SMS 2.0 to Skyward Qmlativ ("New Skyward") in February 2026. This system update is required and promises enhanced functionality across key areas of student information, payroll, finance, and human resources.
This project represents a significant undertaking for our district. For the past year, the district office and departments, including Business Office, Technology, and Human Resources, have been involved in planning and preparation.
Many families use Family Access through Skyward to view their student's lunch account, grades, attendance, discipline, and more.
Below are important dates related to student and Family Access through Skyward:
February 2, 2026: New student online enrollment will be paused until February 28, 2026. Online enrollment applications will need to be submitted before February 2, 2026, or after February 28, 2026.
February 9-22, 2026: Student/Family Access will be inactivated on Monday, February 9, 2026. All Skyward systems will be offline from Monday, February 9, 2026, to February 22, 2026, for migration.
February 23, 2026: We are expected to go live with “New Skyward” on Monday, February 23, 2026, at the start of the school day.
Skyward Mobile App Users
All Users: The Skyward mobile app will be inactivated for all users (staff, families, and students) on Monday, February 9, 2026, at 8 AM.
Attempts to log in to the app after this time will result in an error.
The mobile app will be available once we are live in Qmlativ, “New Skyward” on Monday, February 23, 2026.
Instructions for configuring your account in the app after the update will be made available on the district’s website and sent out to families as our go-live date approaches. (Users cannot configure the app prior to February 23, 2026.)

Join us today as we reflect on the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and his enduring message of equality, service, and hope.
Dr. King reminded us that “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing for others?’” As we celebrate his work and vision, let’s strive to foster kindness, understanding, and unity across the Enumclaw School District and our community.
All buildings in the Enumclaw School District are closed today.

Does your student want to play in a Season 3 Sport? We have Boys Basketball and Girls Soccer starting on January 12th. Now is the time to register. As a reminder, Sports Physicals are only good for 2 years, and need to be current through the end of the season.
We also have TWO clubs starting this month. D & D Club will be starting on January 14th, and Knowledge Bowl starts on January 26th. Both of these clubs are after school activities, and your student will need to arrange transportation. You will need to register for those activities, similar to registering for a sport.
Students MUST have a current ASB to participate in a sport or club activity, as well as be registered on-line. You can start the process by accessing the Athletic Registration page. (https://ems.enumclaw.wednet.edu/o/ems/page/athletic-registration ) Be sure to read the information there before accessing the On-Line Payment InTouch Portal.
And a reminder of Season 4 Sports being offered. Football for 7th and 8th grade students will start March 18th. Cross Country and Girls Volleyball will start on March 23rd. Now would be a good time to check the expiration of your student's physical.
